CNET's Tyler Lacoma, who has tested more than a dozen leak detectors, names the Eufy his best overall pick. He writes that all the detectors he tested performed accurately with reliable connections, but the Eufy stood out for detecting both freezing temperatures and puddles. That makes it useful for crawlspaces and under-sink areas in winter, where frozen pipes are the risk, as well as for ordinary leaks.
