The LifePro PowerFlow Plus is a pair of tray-stored adjustable dumbbells that each go from 5 to 25 pounds in 5-pound steps. Verywell Fit gave the set an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5 after testing, calling it compact, easy to adjust and a great value, and Tom's Guide names it its best adjustable dumbbells for most people. The limit is the ceiling: both outlets point out that 25 pounds per dumbbell will not be enough for heavier lifting, and Tom's Guide found the plastic tray and adjustment slider cheap-feeling.

What it is
The PowerFlow Plus is a pair of selector dumbbells that rest in plastic trays. Verywell Fit lists each one at 5 to 25 pounds in 5-pound steps, a 50-pound total for the pair, and says one set replaces five sets of fixed weights. Tom's Guide gives the size of each dumbbell as 13.7 by 5.7 by 5.7 inches.
Tom's Guide calls it a set of cheap premium adjustable dumbbells: the weight range is on the lower side and the tray does not look luxurious, but for a bit more money than basic sets you get an easy load adjustment slide and flat-bottomed weights that do not roll away.
Verywell Fit's testing
Verywell Fit gave the PowerFlow Plus an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5 and its best value award. Its testers found the adjustment straightforward, letting them change weights quickly, and said the ergonomic handles provide a solid grip. The outlet also calls the weights durable and the set space-saving, and one of its product testers described them as best for beginners because they are so easy to use.
Its one listed flaw is the range: at 5 to 25 pounds per dumbbell, Verywell Fit says you may need heavier weights as you grow stronger.
Tom's Guide's experience
Tom's Guide picks the PowerFlow Plus as its best adjustable dumbbells for most people. Its reviewer found the steel handle comfortable, with just enough room for two-handed moves, and had no trouble with sweat loosening the grip. The secure locking mechanism and flat bottoms are listed as strengths.
The reservations are about build: the plastic storage tray is described as pretty flimsy, the adjustment slider as effective but cheap-feeling, and the plastic bumper on the end of each weight makes the set feel more fragile. The reviewer's set stayed intact during testing, but they could imagine a drop fracturing the plastic ends. The smooth, indented plates were also hard to hold during skull crushers.

How it compares
The PowerFlow Plus stops at 25 pounds per dumbbell, where the MX Select MX55 Rapid Change goes from 10 to 55 pounds with its own selector mechanism. Unlike the Yes4All Cast Iron, Amazon Basics and BCBIG sets, whose plates are fitted by hand, it changes weight while the dumbbells sit in their trays. It covers a far wider range than the 2 to 6 pound Stakt.
