The Fractal Design Scape is a comfortable wireless gaming headset that covers multiple platforms and sounds good doing it. Reviewers praised the plush fabric construction, the 320g weight for extended wear, and the web-based setup that skips software bloat. It has no surround sound and won't lay flat, but it works well across PC, Mac, and console. The wireless docking station and control crown add convenience, and reviewers generally felt the $199 price was fair for the quality. A good pick for gamers who want a premium, comfortable headset with good audio and no ANC.

Strengths
  • — Very comfortable with plush fabric that doesn't get hot
  • — Tuned sound quality out of the box without adjustments needed
  • — Wireless docking station with wireless charging and 2.4 GHz dongle storage
Watch-outs
  • — No surround sound or virtual surround sound capabilities
  • — Cannot be laid flat for storage or travel

Logitech G733 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset
Ranked #3 in Best Gaming Headsets
Logitech G733 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset
2 sources$119.99as of Oct 5

Battery life and range are the Logitech G733 LIGHTSPEED's headline numbers: up to 29 hours and 20m of LIGHTSPEED wireless. Tom's Hardware praised the PRO-G audio drivers for reduced distortion and rich sound quality, and reviewers liked the front-facing dual-zone LIGHTSYNC RGB for color customization. A suspension headband and dual-layer memory foam handle comfort over long gaming sessions. Two caveats: 278g may feel heavy over an extended stretch, and the detachable mic needs G HUB software for full customization.

Strengths
  • — Up to 29 hours of battery life
  • — LIGHTSPEED wireless with up to 20m range
  • — PRO-G audio drivers for reduced distortion and rich sound quality
Watch-outs
  • — Microphone is the weak point; Tom's Hardware called it subpar
  • — Mic presets, equaliser and lighting all require Logitech's G HUB software on a PC
