The Sonic Mega 8K S is built around a 15-inch monochrome LCD, about as large as masked-stereolithography panels get. That yields a 330 x 185 mm plate — enough for a full helmet, a set of cosplay armour sections, or a tray packed with dozens of small parts in a single run. Layer heights span 0.01 to 0.30 mm, and the light source is a 405nm ParaLED Matrix 3.0 array chosen for even exposure across a screen this wide, which is harder than it sounds: uneven illumination toward the corners is the classic failure mode of large resin printers. 43 microns is the catch at this size
Resolution is the thing to understand before buying.
