The Egofit Walker Pro M1 is a non-folding, handlebar-free walking pad measuring 21.9 x 38.4 x 6.9 inches, with a 0.5-3.1 mph speed range, a fixed 5 percent incline option and a 220 lb weight limit. Verywell Fit named it its best compact pick, praising how quiet it is and the fact that it arrives fully assembled, and Shape named it best for small spaces, liking how easily it moves between rooms. WIRED was more measured, noting that the incline can make it hard to slide under a couch and that the app does not sync sessions started with the remote. It suits people in small homes who walk at a gentle pace while working; taller walkers, heavier users and anyone wanting more speed or adjustable incline should look elsewhere.

Quiet enough for calls, ready out of the box
Verywell Fit found the treadmill extremely quiet, to the point that its testers could take work calls while walking, and it liked that the LCD tracks steps, distance, speed, time and calories. The pad comes pre-assembled, with belt lubricant and a small remote included. Shape's tester highlighted the compact size as her favourite aspect and noted that family members also took turns using it. Because there is no handlebar, Verywell Fit considers it well suited to sliding under a standing desk, though it notes that people with balance issues may struggle without one.
Small footprint that moves easily
At 21.9 x 38.4 x 6.9 inches, the Walker Pro M1 was Verywell Fit's best compact pick and Shape's best for small spaces. Shape found it simple to prop against a wall or move from room to room, and although it called the pad a little heavy, its tester found it surprisingly manageable to manoeuvre. WIRED likewise described it as easy to move around the home, and Verywell Fit credited the wheels with making storage straightforward. It does not fold, however, so the footprint stays the same in storage.
A fixed incline is both its selling point and its limit
Verywell Fit explains that the incline cannot be adjusted gradually: the pad is either flat or set at 5 percent. Shape found that the 5 percent setting gave a solid workout over an hour-long walk, but said the steady incline limits variety. WIRED added that the raised incline can create storage problems, as the pad cannot simply be slid under a couch. WIRED also found that, although it can be controlled by an app or remote, sessions run from the remote do not sync automatically to the app.
Built for gentle walking, not brisk strides
The 3.1 mph top speed is lower than on other pads in Verywell Fit's guide, and its testers warned that the shorter belt may not fit the stride of taller walkers. Shape pointed to the 220 lb weight limit as a constraint that may not suit every user. Verywell Fit's tester saw it as an easy entry point for people new to exercise, while those who want faster paces, a longer deck or adjustable incline will find more choice among the other pads in these guides.
Strengths
- +Quiet enough that Verywell Fit's testers could take work calls while walking
- +Arrives pre-assembled and ready to use straight out of the box
- +Compact 21.9 x 38.4 x 6.9 in frame that Shape named its best pick for small spaces
- +Easy to prop against a wall or wheel from room to room
- +A 5 percent incline setting makes an hour-long walk work the glutes and hamstrings
Watch-outs
- −Incline is fixed: flat or 5 percent with nothing in between, and it hampers under-couch storage
- −Short belt and a 3.1 mph top speed may not suit taller users or brisk walkers
- −Weight limit is capped at 220 lb
How it compares
The Egofit tops out at 3.1 mph with a fixed 5 percent incline, while WIRED lists the Urevo SpaceWalk 5L Smart Walking Pad at 4 mph, 9 percent incline and a 300 lb capacity. Unlike the WalkingPad C2 Mini Foldable Walking Treadmill, which folds in half, the Egofit does not fold, though both carry a 220 lb weight limit.
