The Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 offers excellent cleaning performance with three pressure settings and a built-in pacer that encourages even flossing. It features an 8.4oz water tank and USB charging, though replacement nozzles are costly and the nozzle rotation is not user-friendly. Ranked #5 in Best Water Flossers

Quip Rechargeable Cordless Water Flosser

3.7

1 source$45as of Oct 12

Quip's cordless water flosser stands out for its sleek, minimalist design and premium feel, with electricteeth calling it 'one of, if not the best looking cordless options' they've tested. The magnetic nozzle and built-in USB charging are praised as convenient features, though reviewers noted issues with the nozzle's rotation and the non-removable tank. While it delivers solid cleaning performance, the lack of multiple tip options limits its adaptability for specific oral care needs, making it a strong contender but not without trade-offs.

Strengths

— Stylish and well-designed with a premium metal finish
— Magnetic nozzle attachment is easy to use and attach
— Two pressure settings (gentle and invigorating deep clean) with LED indicators

Watch-outs

— Nozzle is difficult to rotate during use
— Tank is not removable, and Electric Teeth notes the lid tends to flop shut while filling
— Only one type of flossing tip included (no rubber or bristled options)

How they stack up

Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 Cordless

The Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 Cordless has an 8.4-ounce tank, larger than the 7-ounce Waterpik Cordless Advanced 2.0 Water Flosser and the 5-ounce Quip Rechargeable Cordless Water Flosser. It offers three pressure settings to the Quip's two and includes a pacer, which the Waterpik Cordless Express lacks. Like the Quip, its nozzle is difficult to rotate, and it costs more than the Quip.

Quip Rechargeable Cordless Water Flosser

The Quip Rechargeable Cordless Water Flosser holds 5 ounces, the same as the Waterpik Cordless Express and less than the 8.4 ounces of the Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 Cordless. It has two pressure settings to the Philips's three, and it shares the Philips's hard-to-rotate nozzle. It comes with one type of tip, where the Oclean A10 AirPump Water Flosser includes a standard and an orthodontic nozzle.
