It comes in Wide and Extra-Wide, rides as a stable neutral shoe with an 'A' stability grade, and is a favorite for long shifts on concrete. Zappos buyers rate it 4.0/5. It is heavy, plain, and premium-priced, but unmatched for medical and high-volume feet. (We chose the current Echelon 10 over the now-clearance Echelon 9.)
