Coleman Palm Springs Hot Tub

4.2

2 sources$599.99as of Oct 23

The Coleman Palm Springs Hot Tub inflates in 10-15 minutes using a multifunctional pump and features DuraPlus material with MaxHold beams to maintain structural integrity. Thebest-hottubs.com found that this construction prevents sagging, while Pooladvisors noted the cover reduces heat loss by up to 40 percent through EnergySense insulation. However, reaching the maximum temperature of 104°F takes several hours or overnight, and Hottubsgurus rated the 120 AirJets as gentle rather than powerful compared to fixed jets. This model fits four adults comfortably for casual social soaking but should be avoided by those seeking intense hydrotherapy massage.

Strengths

— Inflates in approximately 10-15 minutes using a multifunctional pump that also handles filtration and jet operation.
— Built with puncture-resistant DuraPlus material featuring MaxHold beams to maintain shape and prevent sagging.
— Includes an EnergySense insulated cover that reduces heat loss by up to 40% compared to standard covers.

Watch-outs

— Takes several hours or overnight to reach the maximum temperature of 104°F depending on ambient conditions.
— AirJet bubbles provide a gentle massage but lack the intensity and power of fixed jets found in hard-sided spas.

The Coleman Sicily offers a spacious 314-gallon capacity designed for five to seven adults, though Whiteteamedspa found that realistic comfort is limited to three or four individuals. Its EnergySense insulation and fitted cover meet APSP-14 and Title 20 efficiency standards, yet Thebest-hottubs.com notes that initial heat-up times range from 9 to 32 hours depending on ambient conditions.
